We send the goods via the Mailroom within 10 working days of receiving the order. After sending the goods, you will receive a confirmation email from us. We send the goods as a standard package without cash on delivery when paying in advance to our account (the account number is indicated in the automatically generated email, which you will receive immediately after confirming the order). Postage is free throughout the Czech Republic.
If you choose free delivery in Prague within 7 days, we will inform you about your order by SMS and then we can meet somewhere in Prague.
SLOVAKIA
We send the goods via the Mailroom within 10 working days of receiving the order. After sending the goods, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Delivery to Slovakia is free
GERMANY AND AUSTRIA
We send the goods via DPD within 14 working days of receiving the order. After sending the goods, you will receive a confirmation email from us. We send the goods as a standard package without cash on delivery when paying in advance to our account (the account number is indicated in the automatically generated email, which you will receive immediately after confirming the order). Postage is 300 CZK and for purchases over 5000 CZK, free delivery.
OTHER COUNTRIES
We send the goods via DPD within 20 working days of receiving the order. After sending the goods, you will receive a confirmation email from us. We send the goods as a standard package without cash on delivery when paying in advance to our account (the account number is indicated in the automatically generated email, which you will receive immediately after confirming the order). Postage is 300 CZK and for purchases over 5000 CZK, free delivery.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE OF GOODS
RETURNED GOODS
If for some reason the goods purchased in our online store do not match your ideas, you have the opportunity to return them within fourteen days of receipt, without giving a reason. Returned goods must not show signs of wear, must be provided with original labels of the manufacturer and overall its appearance must correspond to the original condition. The customer must send the goods by registered mail to our address (www.flam.shop/kontakt). After checking the delivered goods, we will transfer the corresponding amount, including postage, to a pre-arranged bank account within 2 working days. Transport from the customer is always paid by the customer. The possibility to return the goods only applies to purchases made in our online store.
GOODS REPLACEMENT
If for some reason the goods purchased in our online store do not match your ideas, you have the option to exchange them (for a different size of the same goods or a completely different type of goods). Non-compliant goods must be sent by the customer as a registered shipment to our address (www. flam. shop/contact) within fourteen days at the latest. The goods must not show signs of wear, they must be provided with original labels from the manufacturer and overall their appearance must correspond to the original condition. After checking the returned goods, we will send the replacement goods to a pre-arranged address. Any price difference (when exchanging for a completely different type of goods) will be resolved individually - in case of an overpayment by transferring the difference amount to the customer's pre-arranged account and in case of arrears by transferring the difference amount to our account or cash on delivery. The transport of goods from the customer is always paid for by the customer.

Because it is not possible to measure every single piece exactly in a larger volume, we decided not to list a table of sizes in our online store, but to measure the specific piece you are interested in based on your request. The procedure is simple. Fill in the e-mail address in the form at www.flam.shop/contact, write the name of the product in the "subject" field and state the size in the message, the exact dimensions of which you request and send. We will answer your question within 24 hours. We believe that in this way we will help you choose the most suitable size.
